• DoseMeRx consistently and more accurately calculates a dose to place a patient in therapeutic range - up to 84% of the time.
• The accuracy of DoseMeRx allows clinicians to significantly decrease the proportion of vancomycin doses with supra-therapeutic troughs to just 10%.
